Rebecca J Greco, Founder & CEO

Rebecca Greco is a seasoned Business Development and Investor Relations professional. She has over 20 years of experience as an executive, advisor, owner, and investor in various industries including mining and life sciences. Rebecca has developed relationships and attracted new investment for numerous clients including uranium and gold producing junior mining companies in Africa and Canada, and life sciences and technology companies in the UK.

With access to a global network, Rebecca has assisted client executive teams in managing and expanding their shareholder bases to include asset managers, hedge funds, family offices and retail investors from around the world. She has developed relationships and attracted new investment for over 75 clients including uranium and gold producing junior mining companies in Africa and Canada, and life sciences and technology companies in the UK. Working in partnership with her clients and personally spearheading each initiative, Rebecca provides strategic project leadership for rebranding campaigns and highly successful investor relations programs that can result in millions of dollars of new investment.

Her experience includes creating and running IR programs, strategy and regulatory compliance such as writing MD&As and spearheading AGMs.

Currently, she is involved in the crypto currency sector, facilitating institutional-scale transactions in the secondary market.

She is a Director on the Boards of F3 Uranium and F4 Uranium.

Rebecca founded her investor relations practice, Fig House Communications, in 2007 after a successful career in the Canadian and UK financial markets. Working at a senior level, Rebecca held positions at HSBC London, BMO Nesbitt Burns, Yamana Gold and TVX Gold.
